Bearcat fans due to circumstances beyond our control and poor field conditions, today's Jr. High and JV games against Newton have been called off. We are hopeful to schedule make-up games later in the season. Thanks for your understanding.

Attention!!!
The Middle School and JV Bearcat Football games against Newton that were scheduled for today has been postponed until tomorrow, Tuesday, September 13th, at 5:30.

The athletics department has introduced a new program called “Dinner on the Bearcats.” At select home ball games, gift cards from local restaurants will be raffled off. We will raffle off a $20 gift card to Hibachi Express at tonight’s volleyball game. Let’s sell out our gym, and be sure to hold on to your ticket stubs!

Attention Bearcat Nation! Don't forget to wear NEON tomorrow to support the Cats as they take on the Newton Tigers!

Adjourning their second successful meeting of the new school year, the Forest High School H.E.L.P. Club is busy with planning for FMSD's first Family Fiesta. The club is open to students who have exited the English Learners (EL) program by showing proficiency in Spanish and English according to the LAS Links state exam. The high school's H.E.L.P. Club currently consists of 24 members. We would also like to say, "Thank You," to our H.E.L.P. Club sponsors as you are helping these students increase their leadership and communication skills.

REMINDER: Tomorrow is FMSD District-Wide School Spirit NEON Day! Everyone is asked to come dressed in your BRIGHTEST colors to show your school spirit. Also, remember to support the Bearcats in Newton at 7:30 p.m. as they take on the Tigers.
Shine BRIGHT Like a BEARCAT!
