Join us this Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 6:30 PM for our annual Bearcat Experience—a celebration of all things Bearcats!

This exciting event brings together our athletics and activities (or as we like to call them, our athlectivities) to showcase the talent, teamwork, and spirit of our students to families and the community.

✅ Tuesday & Wednesday, July 22-23: Beginning of the Year Convocation and Professional Development Sessions--we are excited to welcome back all faculty and staff for their first official day!

🏫 Open House Reminder:
Join us tomorrow, Tuesday, July 22, for Open House from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. This is a great opportunity for families to meet teachers, visit classrooms, and get ready for a successful year!

✅ Thursday, July 24 – First Day of School for all students! We can’t wait to see our Bearcats back in the classroom ready to learn and grow!

The award was presented this morning at the MASBO Annual Conference, where Mr. Jones was honored for his exceptional professionalism, leadership, and innovation in the field of school business management. Each year, MASBO recognizes a member who exemplifies these qualities—and this year, that distinction goes to Mr. Jones. Hawkins Middle School and Forest High School represented Forest Municipal School District with pride at the 2025 TSA State Conference, held March 19–21, 2025! The following students placed: ✨ Forest High School TSA: 🏎️ Marcus Smith raced his way to a 3rd Place finish in Dragster Design! ✨ Hawkins Middle School TSA: 📖 Olivia Sstrunk, Lazeriyah Lay, and Melayshia Patrick wowed the judges and were named Finalists in Children's Story! Bearcats Promote Literacy: Reading, Role Models, and Real Impact! Forest High School athletes Ja’darion Ware, Ty Chambers, and Dorcas De Leon recently spent time reading to Ms. Tanya Wash’s Kindergarten class at Forest Elementary. These student-athletes showed what it means to lead on and off the field! As a special thank you to Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. – Upsilon Kappa Sigma Chapter for providing snacks.
