You can reach the P-EBT Call Center at 1-833-316-2423 until May 15. Parents, If Mississippi is approved to receive more P-EBT benefits to eligible kids, any new P-EBT cards that are issued will be mailed to the address on file at your child’s school. Please make sure your child’s mailing address is correct in our system by May 13, 2022. The Child Nutrition Program for Forest Municipal School District qualifies for USDA Provision II services. This means that all students are eligible to eat free. Meal applications are not necessary to complete at this time. You only need to make sure that your mailing address is correct in our system.
