Congratulations, Mrs. Dana Troth, for being selected as the 2023-2024 FMSD Teacher of the Year!  Mrs. Troth is a veteran teacher with 22.5 years of educational experience, all of which have been served at Forest Elementary School.  She is a graduate of Mississippi State University.  She is married to Bradley, and they are parents of Raymond, Sarah, and Abigail.  When asked what she considers to be the best part of her job, she responds, "It's the 'aha' moments when a child's face lights up once they understand a mathematical concept."  Thank you, Mrs. Troth, for your dedication to providing a quality education for the students of FMSD!
